Ended up going to the er last night had bright red bleeding that was going through my pants and it happened at work, of course I’m freaking out thinking the worst. Got to the hospital got blood work done and had a pelvic exam, my cervix was closed and they decided I needed ultrasound, so they wheel me in. I heard heartbeat and good news baby has a strong beat of 169 my hcg level is 2000. So they don’t know the cause of the bleeding
