I had my son's straps all messed up when we were about to go home just because I didn't know! Luckily my nurse stopped and showed me how it was properly done and I'm forever thankful I was shown.
My baby was badly strapped leaving the hospital, nurse strapped him in and his dad had to fix it .... and I need to show this to my MiL cuz she always straps him wrong because “he can’t breathe” I’ve let her know so many times about this and she never listens 🙄 this picture is great

I see exactly why you posted this!! I really wish a video on car seat safety was mandatory to watch before leaving the hospital..

Recently saw a video of a girl dancing in her car seat: chest clip was by her stomach and her shoulder straps weren’t even on 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
