I'm not a real estate agent but maybe someone might know how to answer your questions 😊

@gabby.pineda, I want to be a real estate agent. But do I just need that one certificate course to take the exam and become one?

I know every state is different. I'm currently in the process of buying a house and my realtor told me how she became an agent she took some courses then had to pass a test and started networking to know banks, inspectors and etc.
