Good morning love, I hope your day gets better for you. If you have any plain dark chocolate eat a little bit of that. Dark chocolate has natural anti-inflammatories and is a good way to help with cramps and bloating.

@sassybitch but it hurts!!! And I had to take a shower the second I got out of bed because of the grossness!!!! I can barely stand up most of the day. 😭😭😭😭 I just want it to stop.

@tiredmom It's awful for me too, and now becoming sporadic. I used to know down to what time of day I would start. Now it's anybody's guess. I liked knowing exactly when I was going to be miserable so that I could plan around it.

@sassybitch mine have never been regular. I can have 2 in a month. I had one on the 11th of April and started again on the 27th. They're all over the place.

@tiredmom That sucks. I wasn't regular until I started having kids.

@sassybitch yeah all that did for me was make the cramps worse and the bleeding heavier.
