@babyplantains, how’d you get involved?

@camsmomma, it was something I’d always thought about. After our second baby was born we decided to proceed. I applied with an agency and was matched. There’s a great FB group (surrogates and intended parents) that I would recommend joining and just observing for a bit. You can learn about the meds and whatnot you take for surrogacy. But honestly, I have no regrets with surrogacy. Both couples send me regular pictures and updates and it’s just such an amazing feeling to know you played a role in that. I would consider doing another surrogacy but I’m sick of being pregnant, hah.

@camsmomma, I honestly wouldn’t recommend my agency. She’s okay but there are better agencies out there. There’s also a surrogacy agency reviews group on FB. There are some great agencies out there. Your agency doesn’t need to be in the same location you are, either. I would check out the review group to find a good one. My last surrobabe is 2 so I’ve been out of the game for a bit 🤗
