Good for you! I had 2 of my 4 without pain meds but my first I was young and scared so I did and my first girl was under a lot of stress so I got an epidural to relax her

I plan to go all natural this time as well.

@livinglife gotta give it to you! I Try really hard to do it natural but i always give in & get an epidural.. Not sure if because my labor stops and they have to induce me..

I guess cause i have high pain tolerance kinda @chelseymamma,

@livinglife its funny cuz i can get tattoos .. It just becomes too much for me and i give in!

The only thing i do when I’m in labor and have strong contractions i always breath in and out it help me a lot thru them @prettyflower1033,
