So went to the Chiropractor today.. My left hip is higher than the right. And my left hip is pointed…
So went to the Chiropractor today..
My left hip is higher than the right. And my left hip is pointed outwards and my right is pointed inward. Also a bunch of tension in the middle of my back... and the three bottom nerves on my spine are being pinched.... no wonder I'm in pain. 😅😓

Wow girl, do you know how all that happened and how does this effect your pregnancy (if any)??

Mine is the same way. He said it’s from picking up and carrying my other kids on my hip

@wolfnurturer cheerleading for 13 years and gymnastics for 4 years. Lol and it's just gonna add to the pain on my hips and back during it. That's it. I'm just going to the Chiropractor twice this week and once every week until he can get my hips the right way

Girl same!!!!!! My left is higher and visiting the chiropractor doesn’t help my hip pain anymore because it’s all baby now

@kayladbhayes09 I still have sharp pained running from my back through my butt cheek into my leg. It's the nerves doing that though
