I’m Breastfeeding And Woke Up This Morning With Leaking Sore Breast. The Leaking Stopped But They’re Still Sore. What Can I Do To Ease The Soreness

Do they feel full? Has baby gone longer without a feed? I’d try pumping a bit to see if that eases it.

The only thing that helps me is nuring or pumping or showering and iv been nursing for 16 months

Warm showers and self pump while in the shower, it got that feeling every time it was cold out..still do :(

So it looks like your only 1 week pp. Your breasts are trying to acclimate to feeding your baby right now and so they're going to be hard and sore for a few weeks maybe even a month. Right now the important thing is just feeding baby. And if you want to strictly breastfeed the you need to stop the formula. Right now your breasts will make an oversupply until they get regulated. Breastfeeding is all supply and demand. So when baby eats that's demand and your breasts make enough for baby!!

@ishabroadway21, I Can’t Stop Formula Due To Me Going Back To Work. I Travel To Different Homes Throughout The Day. But Thanks For The Information. These Things Feel Like Concrete. I Never Thought They Would Feel Like This

I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did…

I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.
