Hi everyone I’m new here so thought I’d introduce my self:) I’m 23 years old and my fiancé and I have been trying to conceive our first baby for 1 year with no luck. He has low testosterone levels and I have been having irregular periods lately so it’s been a struggle. Looking forward to getting to know more people on here!

I second BBT charting and opks- also look into Maca root as a supplement!

Hi @silentcoco, and @snavarro93, we haven’t been very seriously actively trying but now I am going to start using opk and I don’t now much about BBT so I will have to look into that. I just ordered my fiancé maca root supplements so we will have to see how that goes! Thanks for your advice😊

@jen.sg, bbt charting really gives you a clear picture of where your hormones are at - you have to be consistent though otherwise it gets confusing ! Fertility Friend app is great- get a free trial and do all of the tutorials - they are so very informative and I learned a lot by completing them!!
