We were invited by some friends of ours to their wedding in WI this May. Molly will be 9mths by then and I've never been cross country before. How do ya handle such a long trip? Plus once we get there anyone from the Milwaukee area know what the weather is like in mid May? Pack long sleeve and sweaters, or short sleeve and shorts?

It really depends! Sometimes it can be cold and rainy and some days it can be really nice! I’d pack light layers! Definitely have a jacket or sweater for nighttime!

Yeah the weather can change so much in May. I would just check out the forecast before you go.

As the other ladies have said the weather can really change. Especially if you are near Lake Michigan. During the day it could be warm and at night it can get pretty chilly. It’s 82 today and it’s supposed to get down to 60 tonight but it’s not uncommon for it to hit the 40s at night, even in May. Just bring a mix of clothing!
