Is your little one breast or bottle fed? If bottle fed, you could talk with your doctor about trying AR formula for reflux. Just my experience my son had colic because of his reflux issues were sooo bad. Screamed the entire time he was awake no matter what.
we switched and two days he was a totally different child....also if breast fed I know some ladies use a thickening agent to add to their milk if you express into bottle ? Just a few options

My son LOVES white noise! Have you tried it? Did it just randomly start or has he always been like that?

My baby was like that and I would try gas drops, white noise and he was out!

Probably colicky.. try the gas drops and stomach massages.. remember baby’s cry to tell us things.. so something is wrong with baby..
