Texas you can get a huge house for very little. In California I guess there are cheaper areas like the desert but I think Texas is still cheaper but don't come to Orange county lol it's a lot here 😥

@teresha_h, I think it’s super bad this year. Most of the time I’m good but lately I’ve been dying! We had a 2 bedroom apartment for $1700. We ended up purchasing a house since that’s pretty much a mortgage! 😂😂
