I seen many moms get correct results I just don’t know if it’s worth the extra money just in case they can be false because they can I did genetic testing through my doctors office but not everyone gets that option and waits for gender ultrasound
I used it with my last preg. It was correct. I just got my result for this preg and it says girl. Which i hope is true because this is my last and i have 2 boys. I think that it can be inaccurate if it says boy and it’s actually a girl because the specimen was contaminated by male dna in the residence.
@wyatt-mommy, varies by insurance and OB. If you’re under 35 and low risk, it’s not deemed necessary. If your doc wants to order it, they can. Doesn’t mean insurance will cover it. Otherwise they will just test you for the standard chromosomal issues & that doesn’t include gender. (With your consent)

Took mine at 10 wks it said girl in few weeks I will be confirming with genetics and ultrasound
