My doctor just put me on these iron pills and I started them yesterday. Recently my stomach has just been feeling wierd. Could that be a side effect or something ?

Yes, that could totally be a Side Effect. Iron can be hard on your tummy!

Yes my doctor told me to take them with juice or in the middle of my meal so it doesn’t upset my stomach

Make sure you stay hydrated and eat enough fiber. They can stop you up.

If they keep causing stomach problems or you end up with a nasty iron taste in your mouth then try the slow release kind. I had to switch to them because the iron taste was so bad and I didn't want to eat or drink because of it.
