QUESTION!!!!!:
I just tried to look it up online and got nothing and with my first born this never happened to me so my next step is to ask you mommas on here. But is it normal or okay to have cramps after sex? This is the first time it’s ever happened and it’s concerning me a little bit. It feels like Braxton Hicks with no tightening really, but I thought that only happened later in the pregnancy.

@abigaill, sperm softens the cervix not causes contractions. Orgasm is what can cause contractions.

Just be careful, use a condom. The sperm can give you contractions and can make you go into labor early.
Yes, it is completely normal. I had the same problem. After My Husband and I had sex the first month that I was pregnant I was cramping a lot the next day. It went away eventually. It was very crampy though. After that happened My Husband didn't want to have sex for the rest of my pregnancy. I am guessing that you much be experiencing the same!
When I was newly pregnant I would get painful cramps after every orgasm. My doc said it was normal because of the growing your uterus is doing. The cramping didn’t go away completely until I was 16w
