@ek620 he decided to move to ohio in February and go back to his parents or whatever and he asked me the other day to let him take my daughter there..he hasnt seen her since she was 4 days old..she doesnt know him so i asked him to come see her and like visit and stuff so that she can learn him and learn that he is safe to be around and basically so she can be like okay this is my dad he will protect me etc etc but he got mad and decided to go off on me and said a bunch of dumb bs all cause i wont just let him take her
@ek620 so how he says he is going to put himself on child support and then he will get joint custody and then i wont have a choice but to let him take her 🙄
@teresha_h, Well he’s not too bright if he thinks the courts will look favorably on him abandoning his daughter & then refusing to support her. Don’t let it stress you out. But you might want to think about going to the court and filing for custody, otherwise if he did take her for a visit he wouldn’t legally have to give her back if there’s no order in place
