When does painful engorgement go away? Beggining breast feeding and it's kicking my butt!

I hear if you drink 100% pineapple juice (not from concentrate) it helps with engorgement ! I’m going to try it this time around. I hear it works

@jane.austen64 oh ok i just didnt understand... Im breast feeding exclusively i dont pump. I feed my baby when ever he wants it, the first little while you need to feed baby on demand its good for your milk supply and baby needs it.
