Haven't seen or heard of my husband or his family for 8 years and now that I finally found someone who is worth it I can't marry him because the past husband won't show up to give me a divorce after no communication at all his mother finally writes me a public post giving me her address and I ask if that's where he lives to send the divorce papers and she reply yes after 8 years of trying to contact them with no result and now my boyfriend is made it was a public post! I'm lucky she even replied she never replies or write back 8 years of me waiting and he is worried it's public I just want to get it over with and he needs to be more understanding I waited so long for this little reply that I don't care where she replied as long as I can get to serve him and finnaly divorce him !

@mrsjackson-plus4 it does suck but I finally have thier answer I need to divorce him if I don't then my newborn is legally his too and that's not right she has her own dad

@taylorsmommy1017 I wish i was there over here if you can t find him it's 7thousand to divorce and you still need to serve him the newspaper thing is valid but 7 thousand where am I gonna get that kind of money
