Steps in order for days 1 & 2:

1. One capsule when you wake up.

2. 15 minutes later combine half a pack of the Lifestyle Mix with 4oz of water.

3. Put your DFT on clean dry skin and in an area that doesn’t stretch a lot, like your forearm or upper bicep.

Do all of these steps as soon as you wake up and on an empty stomach. Then half an hour later eat breakfast.
