Has anyone tried vitex and had any success?? Any negative side effects?

I tried it for 7 or 8 months. I have a regular cycle. It didn't mess my cycle up at all.

I had no success with it though and nothing negative to say about it.

I've heard of it working for some people though.

I tried it and got really emotional the whole time I took it. I didn’t have success with it but a friend who was ttc for 4 years fell pregnant on her 3rd month of taking it.

Your only sopost to take it I think if u cycles are irregular that’s what I did conceived that very first cycles after I started taking it side effect I was very emotional while taking it like everything was getting to me

My cycles are irregular lol. Which is why i started taking it today 😂 but a lot of women use it to concieve as well and say it works so idkkkk.

Nope tried it didn't work for me

I’ve been taking it to try to make my temps more stable... on the third cycle now and I actually think it’s working. I had horrible PMS and it’s getting better too. Trying to fix low progesterone!
