@_nathansmommy, I found that the combo of medication and therapy helped the best. What medication are you taking, if you don’t mind me asking. After I had my daughter I had to try about four of them before we found one that worked for me
@csoli2012 I'm on Zoloft and I live in a very small town and there isn't anywhere that I know of that provides therapy. Only in the city that's a couple hundred miles away.
@_nathansmommy, I’m sorry. It might be worth it asking your dr to try a new med. I know some therapists will do over the phone sessions. Or, if you ever want to talk, I’d be more than happy to listen

Ppd is horrible! I had I after both of my babies were born
