My auntie lives in Italyand her partner is Italian...their little girl she's 5 now and has been spoken to in both English and Italian since she was born. She can understand both languages but for a good few years she use to just respond in Italian...and then it became that her sentences were half English half Italian 🙈

I think it just takes time for them to differentiate between the two languages :) xx

The thing is she responds better to an instruction in Latvian but in English she ignores me. Not all the time of course. I only know one language and a couple of sentences in the other. The dad speaks it alot. Very confusing to when she will speak she babbles alot

How long did it take them to talk my little girl is 17 months and only says look
