My doctor said I could only gain 20 pounds . I’m tooo hungry all the time .

I only managed to gain 21 lbs for my pregnancy. I was shocked. I felt like a beached whale. 🐋

I wouldn’t let your doctor tell you how much to gain or not gain there’s women who gain 65lbs or some that gain 15 lbs you shouldn’t worry about it eat when your hungry don’t starve yourself because your also starving the baby

I gained 30 with my first on bedrest. Second I gained 40 and i was working out regularly. 🧐🤷🏻‍♀️

Girl I was supposed to only gain 20 lbs with mine but ended up gaining si much more... doctors doesn’t realize your not only feeding yourself but the baby as well

@cmaddux46, I eat a balanced diet of everything but still I just don’t want to get no be able to get the weight off after the baby is born

@uncouth, I was 124 but due to my height I was already overweight for my BMI

@uncouth, I agree with you entirely... the most you gotta worry about food wise is the gestational diabetes... girl eat away... most of the weight is going to probably go to baby anyways..
