I'd try some walking and maybe an exercise ball hopefully you'll progress

@mom13 i went into the hospital and i am having contractions that are 2 to 3 minutes apart but they sent me home because im stuck at 1cm and the contractions arnt strong enough to dilate me

@johnell I had contractions on and off with my son for 3 days before I went into labor the day he was due was when it started he was 3 days late

Called the hospital and they want me to come in and get checked

I’m not sure how that app works but a lot of it depends how you feel. Before I went in to labor I had a lot of fake contractions like that. They’d come and go. But if they don’t let up I’d call your doctor to get checked. Right after I kept having contractions I went in to labor two days later.

Honestly I'd go get checked out I don't get how that app works because I have a different one

It could be. What does it feel like and have you gotten up and moved around and drank water?
