How do you let go of someone who you believe to be the love of your life but you know is toxic for you and that you two really shouldn't be together?

@uncouth, he blames me for absolutely everything wrong in our relationship, has serious anger issues and refuses to find away to help with it such as therapy or even a physical activity such as boxing, he has a history of cheating on me and lying about it when I have proof. The only reason I've stayed with him so long is because I love him and I can see the other side of him that makes me love him an it's hard to just walk away. We've had multiple discussions/arguments about everything and he just blames me for it all mostly and then doesn't want to talk about it anymore after going off on me. Yes I have my flaws and I know that like I can be overly sensitive about some stuff but it's only because of how much he's hurt me in the past. I can't even talk to him about how something he does makes me feel without me being the one saying sorry I'm the end and him just walking away angry about it.

Trust me when I say, he can't be the love of your life when he causes you so much pain. Love doesn't hurt, don't believe the lies you've heard. I'm fragile and impressionable, so if start to believe the things he say; 1 point for you if you're not like me. Obviously however, you ar6r bothered by his behavior. Sometimes you can't let go, but you can still leave. Put some distance between you two, sometimes out of sight is out of mind. Life is too short to spend it with people who make you feel less than

Break you down until you are barely there. Get out hun. Ask family or friends to be there for you. I recently went through this and I’m so sorry.

Take some time apart and work on yourselves and the relationship. If it’s meant to be you’ll both take the right steps to a healthier connection.
