The Chlorine will actually clean the skin even though it may get red for a bit but it helps and if you have access to a Salt water pool it's even better

My daughter does Bleach baths 3x a week as she had severe eczema. She still has it but the Bleach cleans any bacteria that gets in her skin

@meggo.eggo It's regular Bleach that you clean with mixed with water. We do about 1/2 cup Bleach to 1/3 of tub full of water. She sits in it for 10 minutes
