This is first time I ever had this, I was diagnosed with thyroid going on 1 yr and I take aspirin cause my blood was to thick, I take vitamin D and multivitamins, and the cramps hurts bad, can I still take my aspirin?

Yes it's normal. Its just residual ovulation cramping !!
