I really struggled with my anxiety leaving hamza today while we were at the hospital. Everyone kept saying how happy he was, how he was such a good baby. Which i totally know he is. But even now, I'm not hugely anxious about Zaid's stitches. I'm anxious about 2 things. 1. Zaid not being allowed to eat till after he wakes, and how long that wait will be. 2. Leaving hamza fully reliant on formula with my SIL for however many hours. I need to sleep....and learn to let go a little.
