There really isn't a best just more so your history with them and what works for you. Some do pills, some do iud, some do implant, and some do the shot. Everything has it's pros and cons. I've tried them all and I'm going with shots hopefully it works out.

@parksnsutikia54 yes it's just like the pill only vaginally.. It is a clear bendable ring (about the size of a hair band) you pinch it together and insert like a tampon.. Leave there for 3wks.. Take out... You'll have a period.. And even if tour still spotting /bleedingon day 7 you put a fresh ring in and the cycle repeats it's self... No side effects at all.. Safe during sex, male can't feel it... So it's 3wks and done you can't even feel it

I tried depo before I had my daughter I was bleeding heavily real bad and it causes me to go to the emergency room

@parksnsutikia54 like other women are saying I prefer the depo but I'm not planning to use it for that long. Also everything effects people differently. You know your body better than others.
