😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫 I don’t know if I’m bloated or just gasy. It’s making my stomach hurt so bad. A few times it’ll hurt so bad that I feel like have to puke 🤢. I don’t know what to do I took a tum and it hasn’t helped.

May wanna have it checked bc I had that problem and they classified it as a bladder infection

If it's trapped gas, or could be, lay on your stomach and put your feet up (like a teenage girl on the phone on her bed lol). It helps to work it out of your system.
