@autism.mommy yea I figured the actual baby exiting your vagina part will be horrible lol but just wanted to know if it's all super unbearable and what I could do to prepare my body physically and mentally prepare myself for the natural birth
@katyejordyn @autism.mommy thanks guys this is actually very reassuring for me I don't want to hear how easy it could be I wanna know the nitty gritty lol i really want to do this naturally
I did and I actually had a great birth experience. It’s easy to get overwhelmed by the thought of pain in the moment so I highly recommend starting up Yoga even if it’s just at home or reading a bit about Hypnobirthing techniques. When you can go inside your mind and learn to breathe though contractions, they seem to be more bearable. It’s very rewarding. Though I never judge anyone who opts for drugs. There were a few moments where I was like “what the actual hell am I doing this for?!” Lol it’s hard, I’m not going to lie to you. But it’s also possible to do. I also thinks it’s extremely important to decide 100% that you want to do it drug-free. Remind yourself that it’s one or the other. If you go into it thinking “well I can just tap out if it gets too hard and get the epidural” then I can almost guarantee that is what you will do. You have to tell yourself you have no other options and eventually you will be determined and motivated to push through.
