With my first missed miscarriage, I went pee and had the tiniest spec of pink. A slight back pain that was short lived. My dr said it was probably dehydration. Went to a concert a few hours away and had bad back pain. Not sure if it was the drive but I’m also not sure if it was from the baby dying. Sure enough I carried my baby for weeks till the ultrasound then found out it died. My second one, there was no cramps no bleeding. No nothing. Found out 2 weeks after it died.

Depending on how far along, lack of movement, cramping, feeling unwell, everyone can experience something different but bleeding is a big indicator.

But if you are further along then first trimester, lack of movement can be a sign.
