So went to the doctor yesterday and I'm only 2 cm dilated and having absolutely no contractions since the other night. The doctor said that if I come back next week and don't have baby girl by then that she will schedule an induction. I went through it with my first and I honestly do not want to go through that again. It is so much more painful and the contractions are just unbearable. Any tips on how to progress this week so I don't have to go through that again? Me and the hubby literally have had sex on a daily basis more than once a day and no progress. Please any tips are appreciated! Thank you!

walking and bouncing on the yoga ball did it for me, specially the day before my due date than at midnight i woke up with contractions and had my baby girl 2 hrs later.

@wolfnurturer we live on s really busy street and there's no sidewalk otherwise I would. And we don't live by any trails.

Is there a reason the doc wants to do an induction? I am 38 weeks & 2 cm dilated. My doc said the baby should be here any day now, but other then being 2 cm I haven't had any signs.

@alysia.alysia she said that if I make no progress and don't have her by then they will schedule induction if I don't wanna go to 42 weeks she will make it for 41 weeks.

@alysia.alysia ive really been hoping I don't have to buy she said that if there is absolutely no progress and I'm only 2 cm next week I'll get help starting labor. She's also worried about waiting for 42 weeks and letting me go because baby is growing on the bigger side and she doesn't want any risks.
