I cramped for a few weeks after all 3 kids! You can try Tylenol or a heating pad..

Did you by chance bring home anything from the hospital? Like the squirt bottle, ice packs, and numbing spray? You can definitely trying Tylenol or Advil to help ease the pain. I’d go with Tylenol if you’re breastfeeding.
