Aaaaaaaand, first accident!! Lol
I kept reminding him to let me know whenever he needs to go potty and he would reply by saying “okay”.
Even though I knew he most likely wouldn’t tell me I just want to keep reminding him to let me know and eventually he’ll understand what I mean..
Once he was done with his lunch earlier, I asked him if he needed to go potty and he said “yes”, so I rushed him to the bathroom..
But he had already peed, though he stopped once I pulled his pants and briefs down.
I did manage to get him to pee a tiny little bit on his potty either way! Yay! Progress!!

That's great! I'd point to my son's wet underwear and explain that we don't go pee pee in our underwear. I also gave him a dum dum at first after he peed in the potty, not above that bribery haha 😄 but as he got the hang of we'd high five and he'd forget about the dum dum. (I kept them put up where he wouldn't be able to just see them, and I didn't give him one for going potty unless he mentioned it. Worked for us.) Best of luck! He'll get there 😊

👍 to the briefs. My son thought pull ups were just a different kind of diaper so he'd just pee in them, once I had him in regular underwear potty training was so much smoother.

@leroydoom, right! Thanks! I totally forgot to tell my son we don’t go pee pee on our underwear after he peed on them but I did tell him before I put them on him. I should definitely mention it next time.
Oh gosh. My son WOULD love it if I rewarded him with candy lol
But sounds pretty cool though! I love it!
Lol same here! Pull ups just didn’t work for us! Briefs are a little better, messy! But better! Lol
Thank you so much mama! We appreciate it😊😊
