We've been trying since July when i got it out in June. It took a month to get back to normal. Still no baby but everyone's different.

Have sex on the few days leading up to ovulation and on ovulation day. Good luck!!!

The days leading up to ovulation are the most important ones as its better to have the sperm already there and waiting for the egg to release rather than on the way if that makes sense.

Coming off of birth control can make your cycles long and irregular, so it'll need to regulate.. Sometimes it can take a long time. Other times just a few months. Use opks.
