I would start with just introducing the potty to him. encouraging him to sit. You can only encourage and try to make it as fun as you can, but if hes not ready, its probably not going to happen right away.
I would start introducing the potty but I wouldn't push it at that age, they learn when they are ready. My daughter was a little over 3 when she became fully potty trained

My son was almost four before he was ready, then it only took a week to train him.

Start using pull ups, and introducing the baby to the toilet so they know what it is/how to use it. That’s how we taught my sisters
