Yes! Another mommy on this app posted her experience with royal jelly, I’ve been waiting on royal jelly and now maca too. I was diagnosed with PCOS 2 1/2 years ago But I feel that I’ve had it my entire life because I’ve always been irregular, I’ve always had heavy periods, and painful cramps! When I was younger I had to make several trips to the hospital because of the excruciating pain cramps crazy to believe they never once told me to follow up with a ongyn or told me that I had cyst or even a fibroid... all in all I have a red great things about both And I’m excited to give it a try

I never got around to royal jelly but I’ve heard great things.

Maca is lovely! Especially in warm milk with honey so soothing. If you’re using the powder don’t use too much it can get bitter.

@memybumpandi, I’ve never tried it. A mommy posted that she took both of them and it helped it. So praying it helps me
