What’s some ways to help me dilate/ go in labor I’m already 1 1/2 this pain is getting unbearable so…

Drink a ton of raspberry leaf tea. It helps you contract which will help you dilate but also walk a lot

@mommy_domo, nope they sell the tea at any super market. I used to drink a ton of the pure leaf brand

You can make your own tea make sure it’s leaf tea or you can buy these at any market

Yea no problem hopefully it works 😊 drink up to 2-3 a day if it doesn’t work just drink more

I’m not exactly sure if this is what helped me but I walked up and down steps for hours (like lunges) and bounced on the edge of the bed because I didn’t have a ball. Also walked like 2 miles per day up and down hills as well.

I've been trying for days too but she just likes to hurt me or going to decide to come the 1 day I work this week lol

@mommy_domo yeah about 1.5 and still really thick I've been using EPO but everyday I've been losing tons of my plug

@toshagager, oh we the same every time I get checked I bleed and usually lost some of my mucus plug but I think all my mucus plug is gone from last week check

@mommy_domo yeah with how much I have lost I don't know why it just keeps coming lol

@toshagager, I have a lot of pain in my pelvis I can’t move at all without hurting and I don’t think I can last another week of it

@mommy_domo I hear u all of this is painful my vag hurts right now and I get these really sharp pains that feels like she's hurting my cervix so bad plus contractions all the time I'm just so ready

@toshagager, I walk a lot too cause I’m always out shopping but hopefully the tea give me a little push
