Things have been so crazy in my house! I have been not feeling well for awhile. & started having panic attacks when I would go out to dinner. I have never really had an issue with these so they kind of took me by surprise and I wasn’t even sure what they were for awhile. My doctor recently put me on medicine for Anxiety over a week ago. They seem to be helping but I’ve been struggling with depression the past few days and not wanting to do anything. 😏 It’s so hard to be the best mom possible while not feeling up to my full potential. I try so hard to avoid going to the doctor because I wanna make sure the girls are taken care of first but I need to remember that I can’t take care of them if I don’t take care of myself! I think being a stay at home mom definitely has been a transition for me. I’m not used to being home all the time. I’ve worked since I was old enough to get a job so staying in one place has me feeling like I’m going crazy some days 😩

Being home all day with kids is very draining. I try to get out as much as possible, even if it’s just to take a walk. My youngest is 3 so it’s easier to get out now. It’s definitely helps to go somewhere.

@theycallmemommy, it’s frustrating because my husband things it’s a piece of cake being at home all the time while he’s working. It’s not. we have to do all the cleaning, cooking & take care of the kids. It’s a full time job in itself. & especially when you don’t feel good yourself.

@twinmommy1717, I totally get it! It’s not easy at all. When Danny was 4 he started preschool and I would have to get up with a newborn and get him ready and take him and pick him up and my husband thought, it wasn’t hard at all and having to do errands and all. Well he got me a gift certificate to go to the spa and he had them both for the entire day, well he got a rude awakening that day! He has never questioned how hard it is again.

@theycallmemommy, I think that’s what I need! to leave him with them all day long & make him do what I do! I think what bothers me is the screaming! Especially cuz they’re fighting now over toys & it drives me nuts 😩
