Are u sure u ovulated already ? The fertile cm and cramping localized to the right ovary sounds like ovulation to me

Was just wondering. Do u use opks? Or chart bbt? The apps are usually wrong when it comes to predicting ovulation dates ! So I hope you're not solely relying on an app
