@deepsoul0490 I'm reading a book on the ketogenic diet . It talked about ketosis strips and a blood ketosis monitor they said the monitor is way more accurate i think imma get it .

Have you heard of the monitor or do you have one ? If so what do u think about it . Also how do you feel about carb blockers?
