When me and hubby are home he helps with the baby lets me get sleep all of that good stuff . But…

I know how you feel. Except I barely get help even at home. It’s very frustrating but it will get easier in time. I’ve been basically doing it on my own for 8 months now.

@db413, I second this. We just had an argument about this last night. I asked him to watch the baby for two hours while I went and got my dress alterations for my brothers wedding. He gave me shit to watch him, and proceeded to call his mom. He said she wanted to see the baby, but we all know why he called. I’m so upset. I’m exhausted. I, like you, have been doing most of it alone and I’m spent. I can’t stay awake today at work. 😭😭

@elijahsmom, in 8 months he’s put our son to sleep 2 times. Never changed a poopy diaper. Maybe changes one pee diaper a week. Has never given him a bath. Feeds him maybe once a week. So I do everything on top of work 40 hours a week.

@db413 sometimes im supplementing with breastmilk so when im lazy and he is not a happy camper i just give him the boob

@elijahsmom, we’ve been on formula since we came home from the hospital cuz I didn’t get my milk in fast enough. So his dad has no excuse to not help me

@db413 very true . Mine came in but has slowed down so i have to make bottles now
