Okay, question. I asked a couple friends they told me relax and if it happens again or gets worse call doctor. I had a very long stressful day. I went pee a little bit ago and there was blood. Nothing major, just like start of a period type of bleeding. I'm 30 weeks. But also while peeing I was pooping and having a hard time getting it out, I was pushing kind of hard. Could that may cause the bleeding? Or could this be something serious? I just went again and no blood. I do have cramps somewhat but nothing horrible. Anyone have any opinions?? Baby is still very active as well.

You should call labor and delivery you can call them anytime I would rather make sure

I would call to just to be safe they'll be able to tell you if you should go in or not. Or if your OB office has an after hours line

Did you wipe your front first to check then wipe the back alone to check cause I know what you mean I had that happen a few time when pregnant but it was just cause I was blooding when pooping and my body couldn't handle it. You know what I mean.

Was the blood pink, red, or brown? Was it in the urine or did you appear to be bleeding from your vaginal area? I would bring it up to your doc ASAP. They may want you to come in and give a urine sample and get checked out.

@lulu85_18 was pinkish. And I'm pretty sure vagina

@brossymommaoftwo, pink is way better than red. I’ve had this with being on my feet too much or having sex, it usually stops within a day or two. My midwife always says that’s normal. If it gets any heavier or darker in color, def go in.
