My boyfriend just found out he has vertigo after throwing up all this morning what is vertigo how do…

Its a case of extreme dizziness and nausea, basically it feels like if you were to spin around really fast for a min and then stop but the whole room seems to continue spinning for a minute and that's basically what is and it can make people throw up. I'm not exactly sure what causes it but I think it may have to do with blood sugar?

@ladyblauvelt.skysmomma oh OK because he still throwing up and he says it hard for him to lay down because he get extremely dizzy the only thing they did was gave him dizzy meds and told him stay hydrated

Concussions can cause vertigo

Dizziness. It can come from an ear infection

@alexisroger200 did they check his ears or did he do anything that caused him to hit his head? I would definitely make sure he's staying hydrated and relaxing but if nothing is better by then I would suggest checking his blood sugar

@ladyblauvelt.skysmomma yeah but they said nothing going on with his ears and I told him definitely get the sugar checked
