Personally for me when I was going through a hard time it was hard but the more I spoke about it with others the more real it was that I was going through it made it easier for me to accept what it was and try to move forward with it

Whatever you are going through remember pain is temporary we grow from this we take it and we make the most of it stay possitive May god be with you and build you strong for he only gives us what we can handle
