Yess move around a lot cuz dat pain hurt like a bitch

My first wasn’t bad but never having surgery it was new the whole not laughing sneezing ect because of the staples and taking it easy is the tricky part but the healing process for myself was about 2.5 weeks to get back to myself

They hospital give me my waist trainer and I had dissolvable stitches
