CD 47 and still no sign of Af. All negative pregnancy tests. I took a plan B yesterday to see if that would jump start my period and nothing has happened. Ugh. I cant wait til my appointment next month

Plan B is the worse then you could of taken screws your cycle up worse and causes problems with It

I already have a screwed up cycle. Either way do you have any suggestions? I go to see my doctor soon. I think I'm not making enough progesterone

@emileemoreland5 so the first half of my cycle I should eat flaxseed and pumpkin seed then the second half should be sunflower and sesame?
