So I’ve figured out why I’m ALWAYS constipated. Im never thirsty. I can literally go a whole day without drinking anything. I have to force myself to drink something. Has anyone else been like this before?!?!

Me 👋 I could go a whole day without drinking anything and I have a hard time 💩 sometimes I drink orange juice that definitely helps or pop from fast food places

@blueezy23, the doctors gave me citroma. That worked for a day and now I’m right back to where I started
