So I don't know what to do. I live on the second floor of an apartment. The first floor smokes bud constantly. (mind you she is 7 months pregnant and still smoking but to each their own) anyway, I'm complaining because they smoke it in their apartment and it comes right up into my place. And all 3bedrooms. Especially mine. The smell makes me so sick and makes me throw up. I can't talk to her about it because well... She beat the crap out of me last summer and caused me to have a concussion, bloody nose, and broken glasses. Idk what to do. Weed is legal. But it makes me so sick. Idk what to do. I don't want my baby around this constant smell.

So it must be legal in your state? It's not here in Tennessee thank goodness! Can you report her anonymously to the land lord and explain the situation? Just cause it's legal don't mean everyone enjoys it smelling up there home! That is totally unfair! And her smoking while pregnant? Smh shows she cares about her little one (poor baby) I'm so sorry your going through this

@blessed2018w9 it is legal in my state. I would anonymously report her except my landlord likes to say where the information came from. So that's it of the question. Im fed up with dreading coming home, and the hallway smelling and my home smelling. I've bought candles, air fresheners, plug ins, home remedies for smells. It's just not working.

A lot of times it's not actually legal within the apartment complexes. That's how it is in mine. Because smoking isn't allowed inside and it's still smoking.

Id check your lease. Mine says no smoking of any substance is allowed inside.

I did check the lease. And I went down to the rental agency of the apartment building. In all three apartments, there is a no smoking allowed inside the apartments.
